Terms of Service

The agreement between your business and MediosCore.

Effective date: September 18, 2026
Last updated: September 18, 2026

1.Acceptance

These terms govern medioscore.com and the MediosCore cloud phone system and AI receptionist, operated by Medios Corporativos from Houston, Texas. By creating an account, using the service or opting in to our messages, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2.The service

MediosCore provides cloud PBX, extensions, IVR, voicemail, call recording, AI receptionist, call analytics and related features. Specific plans, numbers and pricing are defined in your order or account.

3.Accounts and users

You are responsible for your users, their permissions, the accuracy of your account data and the security of your credentials, SIP devices and passwords. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4.Billing

  • Plans are billed in advance; usage-based charges (minutes, messages, numbers) are billed as incurred.
  • We may suspend service with overdue payments after notice.
  • Taxes and regulatory fees may apply.

5.Your compliance responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use MediosCore to call and message people, including giving required notice or obtaining consent for call recording, and complying with the TCPA, 10DLC carrier rules and anti-spam laws for any messages you send.

6.Emergency calls (911)

VoIP 911 service has limitations. 911 calls may not work during power, internet or network outages, and the dispatcher may not receive your correct location unless your registered address is kept up to date. Keep an alternative way to reach emergency services.

7.SMS messaging program

MediosCore sends text messages from +1 (281) 727-0606 to people who give their consent: customer care, account notifications (invoices, service alerts) and, if you opted in, promotions.

  • Program name: MediosCore
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
  • Reply HELP or email support@medioscore.com for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8.Call recording

Calls with MediosCore may be monitored, recorded and analyzed, including by our AI assistant, for quality assurance, training, compliance and security. By continuing the call, you consent to the recording.

9.Acceptable use

You may not use MediosCore for robocalls or unsolicited bulk messaging, caller ID spoofing, fraud, harassment, illegal content, toll fraud or any activity that violates carrier policies. We may suspend accounts that do.

10.AI features

AI receptionist responses, transcripts and summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review important information before relying on it.

11.Intellectual property

The MediosCore software, brand and content belong to Medios Corporativos. You keep ownership of your data and recordings.

12.Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees unless stated in a separate written agreement. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, missed calls or data loss.

13.Indemnification

You agree to hold Medios Corporativos and MediosCore harmless from claims arising from your calls, messages, content, or breach of these terms.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.

15.Changes and contact
