2.Information we collect

• Account data: name, business name, email, phone and billing details of account owners and users.
• Phone system data: call detail records, call recordings, voicemails, transcripts, IVR and extension settings, and AI receptionist conversation logs.
• Messaging data: mobile numbers, text messages (SMS) sent and received, and consent records.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs.

3.How we use information

• Route calls, run your AI receptionist, voicemail and call reports.
• Provide support, account notifications and billing.
• Secure the platform, prevent fraud and toll abuse.
• Improve the service and, if you agree, send product news and promotions.

4.AI processing

Call audio, transcripts and messages may be processed by artificial intelligence services to transcribe, summarize, answer callers and route calls. This processing is done only to deliver the features you use, through providers bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.

5.Your callers' data

When your business uses MediosCore, the business is responsible for the calls and messages it handles, including giving any legally required notice or obtaining consent for call recording and text messaging in its jurisdiction. MediosCore processes callers' data on the business's behalf.

6.Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your number and check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, or agree verbally during a call, you consent to receive text messages from MediosCore at +1 (281) 727-0606 about support, account notifications (invoices, service alerts) and, if you opted in, promotions.

• Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information we share, except with the carriers and messaging providers required to deliver the messages.

7.Call recording

Calls with MediosCore, including those answered by our AI assistant, may be monitored, recorded and analyzed for quality assurance, training, compliance and security. If you prefer your call not to be recorded, please contact us by email.

8.Who we share with

Only with providers needed to run the service —telecom carriers and messaging providers, AI and speech processing services, hosting, payment processors and email— under confidentiality obligations, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

9.Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted credentials, tenant isolation, access controls and monitoring. No system is infallible, but we protect your data as if it were our own.

10.Data retention

Account and phone system data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Recordings and voicemails follow your account settings. Consent and SMS message records are kept for 3 to 7 years to meet telecommunications rules.

11.Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to support@medioscore.com. We reply within 30 days. If you live in California, the CCPA also gives you the right to know what data we hold and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

12.Children

MediosCore is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
